About Me

Alexis Lusonne Montgomery is passionate about romance writing and

animals. Whenever possible she combines the two. A horse, a

Wolfhound and a contentious budgie are among the characters you’ll

meet in her stories, whether contemporary or historical, short story,

novella or novels. A member of Romance Writers of America (RWA),

Alexis placed in the Orange County Chapter’s Orange Rose Contest with

her first manuscript SWEET DREAMS. Women’s World Magazine

published her short story “The Way To A Man’s Heart” and two other

short stories by Alexis appear in the Orange County RWA’s anthology

ROMANCING THE PAGES available on Amazon.

Her novella SEDUCING SUSAN was released in 2015 and is also available

on Amazon. The first book in the LOVIN’ CHOCOLATE SERIES, BRIDE BY

CHOCOLATE is re-released in electronic and print versions, followed by

CHARMED BY CHOCOLATE in October 2020. The final book in this trilogy, SEDUCED BY

CHOCOLATE will be available in 2021.

The author is currently at work on Book Two of the MONTANA SKY

RESCUED HEARTS SERIES, a Sweet Western Historical titled HIS

DREAMCATCHER, inspired by her own Native American Great

Grandmother. The first in the series HIS CHRISTMAS CAROLE placed in

Amazon’s top one hundred in Western Romance upon its release in

2019, now available on Amazon.

When the world drags her out of her imagination, Alexis raises and

shows Irish Wolfhounds, two of whom are AKC Grand Champions, and

is an instructor of patterndrafting and garment-construction at a

prestigious fashion design college in Southern California.
